Warranties do not cover basic maintenance items, misuse, neglect
or abuse of the unit, or problems arising from incorrect installation.
Accent Stove & Spa will honor each manufacturer’s warranty,
of any unit we sell, for the full term specified by the manufacturer.
In the unlikely event that your stove or spa should require repair
during the warranty period, Accent will at our discretion, replace
any defective parts still covered under warranty at the time the
problem is discovered, at no cost to you, the consumer. Our technical
team is very knowledgeable and highly trained to diagnose any problem
that you may be having. There may be a very simple solution to your

information available so that we can better assist you:
• Serial number of the unit and date purchased
• Manufacturer name and model of unit
If it is determined that repair is necessary, we will schedule
a service call to your home. If it is discovered that the cause
of the problem did not result from defective parts, but rather
from misuse, neglect, or incorrect use of the unit, then you will
be charged for labor and any parts that must be replaced.
